Scope of Partnership

Both parties agree to collaborate on reciprocal link exchanges under the following terms:

Link Placement Standards

All links will be placed within main body content on relevant pages
All links will be dofollow unless otherwise specified in individual exchange agreements
Anchor text will be agreed upon for each individual exchange
Neither party will place links on pages primarily designed for link exchanges

Quality Standards

Linking pages must contain at least 500 words of original, relevant content
Linking pages must be indexed in major search engines
Neither party will place more than 50 outbound links on a single page
Both parties will maintain reasonable site quality standards

Communication

Each party will designate a primary contact for the partnership
Responses to inquiries will be provided within 3 business days
Any changes to link placements will be communicated in advance

Monitoring and Compliance

Both parties consent to regular link verification checks
Issues will be reported within 48 hours of detection
Partners will have 14 days to resolve reported issues

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
Upon termination, both parties may remove their outbound links
Termination of the partnership does not require removal of existing links unless requested
