A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites, typically built on expired domains with existing authority, used to create backlinks to a target website. PBN owners control the entire network, allowing them to place links at will. While PBNs can produce short-term ranking improvements, they violate Google’s guidelines and carry significant risk.
